Description

Nyoom is a multiplayer kart racer for Android phones. Players take control of one of many ships and race them against their friends in SPACE! Players can use their driving skills, as well as an array of exciting weapons and power ups, to get ahead of their opponents and win the race! Players can also race on both sides of the track, switching between the two side at will, which adds a further tactical dimension to gameplay.

Players can also create their own tracks by "Nyooming" (moving) their phone around the physical world. They can then race on these tracks with their friends.

Installation/Platforms

Nyoom was designed and built to be played on modern Android "flagship phones" (any top tier phone from a major manufacturer from 2014 onwards should work).

1. Download the APK.
2. Transfer the APK to your phone.
3. Enable installation of apps from third party sources.
4. Use this app to install the APK.
5. Open the Nyoom app and play!

Controls

• Tilt your phone to turn your ship (it accelerates forward automatically).
• Buttons will appear on screen when you acquire a weapon or power up. Tap these buttons to use the indicated weapon/power up.
• Tap and hold your phone's screen to brake.

• Swipe downwards on your phone's screen to switch track sides.

• When creating a track, you are in control of a track creation ship. Tilt your phone to change the direction of the ship and thus the shape of your track.
